An exclusive event for the agribusiness sector, bringing together three Brazilian agricultural attachés: Carlos Müller; Ellen Elizabeth Laurindo; and José Guilherme Tollstadius Leal. José Guilherme Tollstadius Leal – Agricultural Attaché

Agronomist with a degree from the Federal University of Viçosa. Rural Extension Worker at EMATER GO and EMATER DF. Federal Agricultural Inspector at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply since 2002. Several positions held in public administration, such as President of EMATER DF, Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Federal District of Brazil, and Secretary of Agricultural Defense of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.

Ellen Elizabeth Laurindo – Agricultural Attaché – Federal Agricultural Inspector

She is a veterinarian with a degree from the Federal University of Paraná, Curitiba campus, in 2007. She has a specialization and a master’s degree in Animal Health, having joined the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in the federal agricultural tax auditor entrance examination of 2007. She worked in the area of animal health, from 2007 to 2018, at the Federal Superintendent’s Office of Agriculture of Paraná, and from 2018 to 2021, at the Department of Animal Health of Brasília. She was head of the Ruminant Health Division and acted as a quality auditor for veterinary services. In 2021, she was transferred to MAPA’s Department of Trade and International Relations, where she served as Coordinator of Actions in the Foreign Market, at the Department of Trade and Investment Promotion. In July 2022, she was approved in the selection of agricultural attachés, for the position at the Brazilian Embassy in Rabat. Since January 2023, she has served as agricultural attaché in the Kingdom of Morocco.
