Registration is open for the International Award, promoted by Think Plastic Brazil, a portfolio of solutions for the converted plastic products sector in the internationalization process for target markets, carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and the INP (Brazilian Plastic Institute). The award is relevant in the converted plastics sector and is part of the World Plastic Connection Summit ecosystem, the next edition of which will be held between April 8th and 10th, 2025.
The International Award was created with the aim of valuing companies that stand out in the internationalization process, promoting their competitiveness in both the local and global markets. Representing a milestone for the converted plastics sector in Brazil, the award boosts innovation, design, sustainability and the internationalization of national companies.
The award is divided into four distinct categories, each with specific criteria to reward companies that stand out in different aspects of internationalization and innovation.
World Plastic Business Case Award
This category will reward the best successful international cases carried out by companies between September 1, 2023 and September 1, 2024. It is an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their ability to adapt and prosper in competitive international markets.
World Plastic Development Award
Exclusive to companies associated with Think Plastic Brazil, this category will recognize those companies that have evolved the most in terms of export maturity. The award encourages the sustainable growth of Brazilian companies in the global market, in line with the strict criteria established by Think Plastic Brazil.
World Plastic Commercial and Image Promotion Investments Award
Companies that have invested significantly in international commercial and image promotion actions will be able to compete in this category. The award recognizes companies’ efforts to strengthen their global presence through effective marketing and promotion strategies.
World Plastic Global Design Award
Focused on creative excellence and promoting Brazil’s image as a global leader in plastic products, this category will reward the best design projects developed by Brazilian companies. It is an opportunity to highlight the innovation and competitive capacity of national companies on the international stage.
